About our home

We have a beautiful first floor apartment in the heart of the "Gracia" district. A 1930's apartment with the original and charming floor tiles. Our apartment is full of charm, cozy, colored and kind. Plenty of character with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles + 1 for kids including baby bed), dining room, living room, new kitchen, new bathroom and a very beautiful terrace with our plants and flowers. In the flat can sleep up to 4 adults + 2 childs + 1 baby

More about us

  1. We are Franc, 35, food technologist, Spanish, and Karen, 34, primary school teacher, French. We have a daughter, Juliette, 4 years old and Gala 7 meses! We love creation and to travel around the world, up to now we have made many house exchanges with friends. We are interested in culture and art and appreciate to experience life in foreign countries.
For our next home exchange we look for a calm and convenient house somewhere in country and near the sea to have a relaxing stay with our children (baby will be few weeks old!) during summer.

Where is it?

The apartment is located in the charming district of "Gracia". There are a lot of tourist attractions, you can reach the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Placa Catalunya and downtown easily (even by foot!), on the other direction you will find the Parc Güell. The city center can be also easily reached by bus or subway (stops at less than 2 min walk). A typical market is just on the corner, and the district is full with small food stores and other convenience stores. "Gracia" district is full of walking streets, small creator and designer fashion shops, sunny squares and is 200% friendly by foot and for kids
