About our home

I'll be in Jordan last week of Feb, Mexico last week in March (Easter), India in April. No plans for the summer yet. Open for suggestions!

I'd love to go (back) to :

Montreal, New York, San Francisco, Rome, Naples, Morocco, Thailand, Cambodia, Bali, Australia, New Zealand

I bought this flat 2 years ago, it hadn't changed since 1940 so we refurbished it entirely with an architect friend. The floors are original the rest is bran new. It has a magical vibe specially when the sun rises in the morning and the light comes in. In Winter you can see the sun rise on the sea from the window or the terrace. It has AC and everything you need. It's 3 streets above the Sagrada Familia. It has a huge terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia and the sea. It has a double bed , a single bed in separate room and a mattress that can go on the floor.

Where is it?

The flat is 3 streets above the Sagrada Familia, far enough to avoid the crowds of tourists but close enough to enjoy it and get the metro around. You'll find plenty of supermarkets around the flat, a local Bodega below the flat. Avenida Gaudi has plenty of restaurants, tapas places, italians, vegans etc..

For bars I walk to Gracia 15min away, which is lively and full of cool places, calle verdi is a good starting point.

Don't miss visiting the Hospital de San Pau, stunning modernista building 4 streets from the flat.

The metro in Sagrafa Familia has 2 lines, the purple and the blue which take you to the center in 15 min, a bus will take you to the beach in 20. Taxis are cheap, 6 euros to the beach, 7 to the center.
