About our home

NO POINTS. DIRECT SWAPS OR RENTAL. PLEASE CONTACT TO DISCUSS AVAILABILITY

'Flat 1' is a two bedroom flat (86 square metres), in 1921 building with high ceilings (3.20 metres) was completely refurbished in 2012 however retaining many original features (antique tiles showing original distribution, original double doors, windows shutters (interior and exterior), etc.) creating an atmosphere of a bright modern flat with a Barcelona charm. The flat has been re-designed by an architect however decorated by myself personally, reflecting impressions I carry from countries I lived in, travels and experiences.

The flat is located in central but residential part of Barcelona - Dreta de l'Eixample, Barcelona's most elegant 'barrio' - perfectly located for exploring Barcelona's historic attractions, restaurants, bars, parks and beaches.

We are a couple (40-42), a Spanish artist/graphic designer/gallery owner and British/Croatian lawyer and property developer.

The 'flat 1' is my (first) home, however I share my time between this and another property - a spacious loft in Barcelona's leafy residential area, situated next to natural park Serra del Collserola, located 15 minutes drive from the very centre of Barcelona - which is my partners (first) home. We can consider offers to swap 'flat 2' if preference is for a loft style apartment, with a large terrace, which resembles more to a garden then to a terrace! With regard to this, we are happy to discuss options.

  1. We are a couple in our early forties.

  2. Keko is Spanish and an artist with a keen eye for aesthetics, myself British-Croatian, former corporate lawyer turned property developer. I did the interior design for my properties, and managed the complete refurbishment process. My next project is construction of a self standing country modern house.
