Since it is an attic it gets very quiet at night. But what it makes it special is the area of the same street has no pubs and night clubs, but there are many just 10 minutes away. It is located in the big theater area of el Paral·lel and Poble Sec. Poble Sec is an emerging area where lots of cosy bars and craftshops are worthy to visit. it is also important to note the airport proximity, the bus just stops 5 minutes up the road and it takes 15 minuts to get to the terminals.
The apartment has been completely renewed, it has an amazing terrace to sunbathing and have quiet dinners at night.
There are plenty of supermarkets and grocery shops to taste the great mediterranean food.
Ferran Adrià has opened his tapas bar and a night cocktail bar just round the corner!
For those who love climbing and jogging, there is a boulder wall and a whole forest to jog in Montjuic mountain, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
feel the fresh air in a big city like Barcelona.
I am a journalist who works in a radio station in Barcelona. I'm 31 years old, not married and with boyfriend.I bought my flat a year ago. I am interested in having the chance of travelling some other places, and what I find most important above all is to trust the people who come into my place since it has been very hard to renew the whole apartment. I want to exchange houses with people I can trust they won't cause any inconvinences to my apartment nor the neighbours, I don't mind pets, I have a female Labrador myself and I don't mind children at home only if they behave themselves. I have a whole wall in the kitchen painted as if it was a blackboard so that you can note down things you don't want to forget.
I speak Catalan, Spanish, English, French a little German since I have travelled to many countries and I have lived in many places, so i know how much important is to be the guest in a place.
I play cello and I climb, I love theater and concerts.
