About our home

Our large apartment,182 square metres, is in the Eixample district within easy walking distance of the city centre (1.5 km) but away from the tourist crowds. Close to our apartment there is an overwhelming range of attractions to explore. Many of the most famous buildings of Catalan Modernism, including some by Gaudi, are also at hand.

The apartment built in 1905 is in Modernista style, was completely renovated in 2014 and retains the charming features of the period. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, television and dressing rooms, as well as an eat in gallery. There is ducted air conditioning throughout.

This video gives you a walk through of the apartment and some of the attractions of the neighbourhood:

The common areas of the building have recently been renovated and there is a new elevator.
