About our home

A gem inside Born. Multicultural, family friendly, it has everything you need, cafés, cool bars, tons of public space, pedestrian friendly with no cars. A double bedroom with natural light, ventilation, separate from the main room where my roommate is right now until the end of the month, giving privacy.

Neighbourhood

Born is the heart of Barcelona, and Santa Caterina the heart of Born! It's multi-cultural, full of colourful characters, elderly who haven't left the neighbourhood in a lifetime, but also tourists who are more interested in the artistic, laid-back feel of the city. The beach is 20 minutes away by foot, the "Central Park" of Barcelona 5 minutes away. It's all pedestrian-friendly. Buildings that are centuries old, but the building where I have my apartment is in excellent shape and was renovated completely ten years ago.
