“Firstly I would like to say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kim, it is such a shame we didn't meet. The flat was perfect and suited our needs exactly. We loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast and watching the world beneath us go by. The location is perfect, yes you can see the sea and it was like being in a community, everyone was so friendly. There are several supermarkets and a market in the square within minutes of the apartment. We had great fun in the market buying food. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, either on the beach or in the old town. We walked to all the main attractions with ease but to have the beach mere minutes away was wonderful. We had a taxi from the Port to the apartment 16 euro and a taxi from the apartment to the airport 33 euro. We found the taxis very easy to get and the drivers very helpful. If you have the opportunity to stay in this apartment, take it. Thank you very much, once again Kim, for allowing us to stay there.”

“Amazing location and wonderful apartment! Really closed to the Barceloneta beaches it is fully equipped and really comfortable! Even if there is no elevator, we did not felt difficulties because it is a really strategic location to stay in Barcelona! Kim is a very nice person really attentive to the needs of the guests. “Kim is a great host, she takes care of all details with love, the house is beautifull and location as well. Few steps from the beachfront, nice local old bars just around the corner where you feel you are living as one of the neighborhood. Even if Barceloneta is a touristic district in this area where the house is located in a very quite and silence area. We have been twice and we will be back every time is possible, we have been in many houses in Barcelona but Kim house beats all for comfort, efficiency, beauty and location. I strongly reccomend it.. from the morning coffee on the balcony looking at the sea to the very comfortable bed any moment is relaxing .. enjoy it! Luca ”

“I had a wonderful stay in Kim's appartment. The location is perfect, literally a 1 minute walk from the beach, and in the middle of an area full of Nice restaurants and bars. The apartment Itself has everything you need, is beautifully designed and is very clean. You do need to be mobile because it's up 4 Floors high without an elevator. If that's not an issue, I would recommend this to everyone! ”
