About our home

Our rustic finca is set in the heart of our olive grove. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and the possibility to also use the casita (additional 3 bedrooms and bathroom) it would be perfect for a large family reunion.

Simply decorated in cool white, we have all the mod cons such as washer, dryer, cable TV and internet. However, if touch-button, state of the art luxury is what you're after you won't find it here. We relish the simplicity of our beautiful, traditional home, set in the rural countryside of 'real' Andalucia. This is a real home full of love, to be enjoyed and relaxed in.

Absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed, but as always in Spain, you're never far away from a great fiesta!

Nestled just below the mountain village 'pueblo blanco' of Alcaucin, the village is within 20 minutes (steep uphill) walk, or a 2 minute drive.

Our home has a large 10m x 4m private pool with incredible mountain views. Part of the sprawling gardens are enclosed by fence making it suitable for dogs & children.

The beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol & Costa Tropical (with the best climate in the whole of Europe) are just a 20 minute drive away.

Enjoy lazy days around the pool or a sunny afternoon at one of the many chirruingitos (beach bars) on the beach.

The location is perfect for exploring Andalucia - 50 minutes from Malaga City, 1.5 hours from Granada, 2.5 hours from Cordoba and 3 hours from Sevilla.

We have many local attractions such as the nearby lake vinuela where you can take part in non-motorised watersports such as SUP and kayaking. There is also Andalucia's longest zipwire in nearby mountain village of Comares for thrill-seekers!

Explore the most deadly walkway 'Camino Del Rey' or the Nerja Caves.

And Andalucian life wouldn't be complete without tapas - we can certainly tell you the best places to seek out delicious Mediterranean foods.

We live here most of the year so can give you great tips on places to visit, eat etc. There is also the possibility of you using our car during your stay.
