About our home

It is a house of 150 square meters very special, because it is a hundred meters walk from a small and pretty village, but at the same time immersed in a valley of orange trees, surrounded by green Mediterranean mountains, with exceptional views. It has a garden of 300 square meters, an orchard of fruit trees of 800 square meters, and a large terrace with jacuzzi and breathtaking views.
The property is maintained in superb condition throughout. Enjoying views across the valley and orange groves and having a1100m2 flat garden plot with a large variety of fruit trees, sun terraces and dining terrace.
Having DG, AC, WIFI. There is plenty of parking besides the garden, enough for 3 cars and the accommodation comprises: Ground floor: Covered naia / dining room, large lounge and dining room with fire place & open plan fully fitted kitchen. First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 2 balcoons.
The beaches are within 4 miles and range from surfing to diving and sandy beaches with rock pools. El Parque Natural del Marjal de Pego is within 3 miles. Benimeli has a great municipal swimming pool 300 meters far from our house and 500 meters away there is an sport complex including tennis courts.
It is close to the cites of Denia and Javea.
We have some bikes available, it is a great place for children and adults alike.
The Rectoria Valley, is composed of 8 small and enchanting villages, forming a semi-circle around the Girona river that winds down to flow into the Mediterranean Sea. This fertile valley, a green oasis of citrus groves, is interwoven by rural lanes that are ideal for walking or cycling.
The small group of mountain ranges that surround it are perfect to practise activities such as walking, trekking, hiking, rappel, canyon descent, mountain climbing (Hell’s Ravine in the Laguar valley) or speleology. In the Segaria mountain range, which seems to protect the village of Benimeli, archaeological remains from Iberian and Moorish times can be found, as well as their ancient terraces, once used for agriculture. In the area, there are many natural springs, with crystal clear water (Campillo and Catalá springs) and caves (Bolumini), and from the head of the valley a spectacular uninterrupted view down to the Mediterranean Sea.
Only a few kilometres from Benimeli are some of the Costa Blanca’s most emblematic towns which are worth visiting:
