Our stunning apartment is situated right in first line in front of the Spanish most beautiful beach of Costa Brava. If you are flying from abroad there are two international airports that suit your needs: Valencia and Alicante International Airports. Also there is a fast train, AVE, from Madrid (2 hours) or Barcelona (one hour and a half), that goes to Valencia Central Station. From this station you just need to take a local train, Cercanias, toward Gandia Central Station; one hour ride.
Our apartment has two confortable bedrooms. It was built in 2007 and it is in the first floor of an exclusive condominium with lots of gardens and two swimmingpools, one for children. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath pool. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace and garden, and shares space with the dining room and kitchen. All complete well furnished. Central A/C. It has one front door towards the swimmingpool area and the other one towards the beach where you just can walk and jump into the cristaline and warm sea water. All the beach is well prepared for handicaps. It has been nominated like one of the most clean beaches in whole Spain. It has a sailing school (Windsports Daimus) right in front of this condominium. In the afternoons it is fun to see people flying beautiful kites on the beach. Right next to the Paseo Maritimo (Beach Walking Road) there are excellent restaurants, cafes, chilout bars and of course a sand beach disco: La Duna. If you are a sport lover, you can find a basketball and football field right in front of the condominium. Also it includes several "petanca" fields. Every friday during the summer season there is a typical mediterranean market set up in the street where you can find from your favorite old book you were looking for, a beautiful hand-oil painted-picture, summer clothes, to the local produced fruit like figs and cherries, fresh vegetables, local cheese and charcuterie. If you would like to enjoy the local famous dish: paella, you just can order it by phone a couple hours before lunch to the special home-paella restaurant Como en Casa, and take it home.
Right next to Daimuz, you can visit Gandia and its touristic beach full of restaurants and souvenirs stores. Also it is recommended to visit its old downtown where you can appreciate 17th century churches and other important cultural sights. If you want to get the catch of the day and have it for lunch or dinner, this is the place to find it.
Another sightseeing tip from here is the 4th important city and second main harbor of Spain: Valencia. Go to www.visitvalencia.com and discover all what Valencia can offer. You just need to take the train from Gandia Central Station and within an hour you are there.
