Pretty House, 60 m2, with 2 Rooms: 1 room with two beds, and the principal room with a large bed. The kitchen is integred with the living room and the dinner room. There is aprox. 100 m2 around the house, with a little garden, and a place you can do barbacue.
The house is into a Complex Houses Closed, with aprox 30 neighbors.We reformed the house last year.

We are a family with two kids, 12 and 9 years old. We buy the house 8 years ago, and we reformed the house last year. We have made three really fantastic exchanges, and we look forward to the next one!
We live and work in Valencia, and Denia its our second house for weekends. We love mountains, and the beach, so, it's the reason we buy this house.
Its a quiet area, a 1 km to the beach, and a 5 min by car to the Denia. Denia is a little village with a city center very animated, with a lots of shops very differents.
Denia has very differents classes of beach: with a fine sand or cala beach , perfect to do snorkle.
