About our home

This is our second residence. We bought it 25 years ago and we have been into there many times while our children were younger. It belongs to a group of 60 apartments called Voramar with services like: its own keeper, garage, swimming pool, tennis court.. The best quality of the apartment is its location in front of the coast with a beach of fine sand and calm sea very suitable for children. The apartment is small but it has everything you need: a living room with a terrace overlooking the sea and the Medes Islands, a small kitchen, two bedrooms, the bathroom, another toilet and a terrace at the back with the clothesline.

More about us

  1. We are a family who usually lives in Girona (Spain) about 60 km southwards from the French border. Our names are Isabel and Carles. Isabel works as a teacher of History and Carles works as an architect. We have two sons 25 and 27 years. We have been exchanging houses with people from France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, United States of America ... and we always went very well. Given it is a second home it doesn't have to be simultaneous exchange if you wish.

Where is it?

The Voramar building is located in the neighborhood of Griells at the south of L'Estartit but near its center. L'Estartit is a tourist town the Costa Brava with all kinds of services and many possible visits: from the ruins of Empúries up to the Dalí Museum in Figueres as well as the medieval villages of the interior, Girona, Barcelona at 140 km, the Pyrenees, South of France ... And July is pretty quiet without the crowds of August.
