The property is ideally situated midway between Malaga and Gibralter Airports, less than 1 hours drive, and all of the local amenities are easily accessed, just a few hundred meters away, with a large variety of shops, small supermarket and restaurants. Two larger supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. The public beach can be accessed either by walking, approx 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.
