About our home

Two bedroom apartment in the historical Albaycin neighborhood of Granada, Spain. Fully equipped kitchen, dvd, internet, flat screen tv, laundry, etc. Great views of the city with a terrace that opens from the living room. 2 minute walk to the center. Completely quiet apartment. Great light in all rooms and kitchen windows open onto terrace so you have great light and sun while cooking!! Comfortable for a family and easy access to the rest of Spain and the granada airport is 20 minutes away with direct flights to italy, france etc.

Quiet, historical neighborhood in the old section of Granada. Cobblestone streets are charming and you can walk everywhere. Great views and cafes and restaraunts are 2 minutes away. Very friendly and safe. 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada mountains. Great hiking, walking etc.
30 minutes from the beach. Great language schools nearby for learning Spanish.

I am a social worker from New York City and moved to Spain with my husband 2 years ago for his work. He owns his own film-subtitlilng company. He is French and speaks english, french, spanish and portugese. I speak English (and some spanish!!) I was a school social worker in Manhattan for 10 years and miss New York and big city life but have come to appreciate Granada and the charm and tranquility of life here. You can get a good glass of wine here for 2.50 with no tip!! I am teaching english and trying to learn spanish. It really is a great city to explore and its so easy to travel around spain, Morocco, France etc. Everything is so close.
