About our home

Built for our family in 2000, we have enjoyed many family holidays in the beautiful town of Javea, with a wonderful beach area, chilled out old town and local port. With a large, private swimming pool, a small gym, two living rooms and a fully functioning kitchen. The lively but family-friendly beach area also offers great restaurants if eating out is more your thing. The villa is located a short drive away from the beach, with sunset views over the neighbouring towns and the mountain, and easy access from Alicante and Valencia airports.

We are happy to swap our holiday home in the height of its season but expect, in return, to swap for a home also in the height of the season, even if this swap is not simultaneous.

Features
