About our home

The property is set in a mature green urbanization, comprising of approximately 30 individual houses. Very private, safe, comfortable, clean and spacious. It has an American style kitchen with adjoining dining and living room. It has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. It has a Shower room with WC and WHB. It has an internal and external terrace. The external terrace overlooks a large walled private back garden not overlooked. The new garden has a selection of trees, flowers and plants. It has front garden (tiled) . The property is air conditioned throughout.
Our two nearby villages La Nucía and d'Afaz del Pi both within walking distance The property is about 7 kms north-west of Benidorm 1 km East takes you to the Mediterranean coast and with several small and very popular sea side village like Albir Altea and Calpe Nearby inland towns Callosa dEnserria Polop de la Marina and Guadelest Benidorm the major holiday resort, can be reached by car, bus or taxi in 20 minutes
The area is served by two airports by car Valencia is 75 minutes North or Alicante 50 minutes South

We are interested in travel meeting new people good food and wine good conversation. Walking is a great pass time of ours. We are interested in all Sports Literature Cinema and new cultures.

Where is it?

There are several restaurants nearby also supermarkets and convenience stores. Excellent bus service cheap taxi's and a regular train service from l'Alfas to all stops between Denia to the North and Alicante city to the South. You can get the AVE high-speed train to Madrid from Alicante it takes just over two hours on the fastest service but averages two hours fifty.
With over 160 kilometres of spectacular coastline, the Costa Blanca has something for everyone.
The region is surrounded by high mountains (up to 1,558 metres) great hiking locations. Protected by the mountain, it is said that the area has subtropical micro-climate. A guaranteed 300 days of sunshine per year and a mean temperature that rarely drops below 18 degrees Celsius This region remains one of the most popular destination in Europe.
The small town of La Nucía is sophisticated, but without losing any of its quite distinct charm. It is bright and spacious, with many quality restaurants and roadside cafés.
l'Alfàs del Pi is similar, but with a slightly more cosmopolitan feel to it. If you like you can visit hectic Benidorm, which in the summer is just one big party for tourists from all over. It is only a short 20 minute car, bus or taxi ride away.
However, its the tranquil surroundings that make this area so popular with so many interesting things to do, and so many places to visit.
This beautiful region has attractions for all ages, the very popular Terra Mítica Theme Park is 15 minutes away and Europe's great water park Aqualandia located in Benidorm
Nearby Altea, only 20 minutes away, is one of the most beautiful towns along the Costa. It maintains most of its former fishing village atmosphere, and has lots of quality restaurants around the harbour, it is also renowned as a centre for emerging artists.
Calpe with its iconic beach front promontory Peñón de Ifach. The pedestrianised town centre provides a great stroll through high fashion stores.
The ancient Roman port town of Denia can be reached by picking up the narrow-gauge railway line the runs between Alicante and Denia, you can join this line at the station in l'Alfàs del Pi.
Denia Castle with its spectacular views of the sea and the old Roman port area is a big attraction.
The various museums in the area gives you a good impression of Spanish culture art and its Roman and Moorish influence.
During the year various fiestas take place, like the fiesta de la Asunción de la Madre de Dios in August, the fiesta de San Rafael in November, and the Fiesta de San Vicente Ferrer, which takes place on the first Monday after Easter Monday, all well worth a visit.
