About our home
Family hose with 4 floors. Starting from Garaje for 1 car an bicycles and tools. Entrance from garage to big playroom, gym and iron room with a bathroom. Main floor, laundry room, bathroom, big semi-open kitchen and a big living room with directo door to the backyard.
First floor 4 bedroom, main ensuite and other tree share a bathroom. All room with possibility of 2 beds (1 main and other for guest under each bed).
Last floor open plan room with a terrace.
Backyard direct door to the community garden with outside pool, tennis court, basket ball and football.
Hose was renewed in 2018.
The area is quiet and very well communicated with supermarket, bars, cinemas, sport centers, etc..in a walk distance 15/20 minutes. Also direct communication to Madrid City center by bus or by car and only take 30 minutes. Also Madrid Mountains area close.
Also Spanish national football team pith very close.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Close to Madrid city is a perfect spot to come and enjoy the warm Spanish summer but with the luxury of our great sports area and or great outside summing pool. The house is recently renovated and with AA, also environmentally friendly as we have solar panels and a heat/cold pump. Close to Madrid city center to visit the city and also close to cinemas, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature with many trails to do. Close to the Madrid mountains and a close driving distance of many historic cities such as Segovia, Toledo, etc..also great to be able to take the high-speed train and visit some other Spanish cities for the weekend.
