About our home

One bedroom apartment sleeps max 4, on the tranquil Royal Palm complex, 10 minutes walk to the town beach and harbour of Los Cristianos.
The bedroom has twin beds, lots of storage space and double doors out on to the private terrace. The lounge has 2 sofas plus a couple of full size Z beds for 3rd & 4th persons.TV (english, plus a number of european language stations) & has double doors opening out on to the private terrace with views over the gardens towards the pool. The american style kitchen is fully equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge with freezer section, microwave, kettle, toaster...and more.
The complex has 2 pools (1 heated in winter) and a childrens paddling pool with lifeguard, superb tropical gardens, a reception selling newspapers excursions etc, a laundry room, and mexican restaurant and bar open evenings only (to preserve the tranquility).
Close by are numerous restaurants and bars, plus a large supermarket for all your daily needs. The town harbour and beach and all they have to offer are within a 10 minute walk.

We enjoy this part of Los Cristianos, because its peaceful, away from the nightlife of Las Americas, yet within a short taxi ride if you decide you want to have an exciting evening.
Its easy to take day trips up Mount Teide, or see the whales and dolphins that live in the warm waters off the island, or just laze the day away at the beach or the pool.

We lived in Tenerife for several years, but now are looking to spend more time travelling the world. Both my wife Mandy and I (Richard) are approaching retirement. We also want to see many areas of the UK.
This is our second home so exchanges do not have to be simultaneous.
