About our home

Our home is a beautiful flat with all the charm of elegant classic houses of the beginning of the 20 century. High ceilings, nice decorated doors, and pinewood floor, recently all painted and with an elegant renovation work in it. It has 4 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, An enormous 70 square metre living room with 4 balconies to the street. There are other two rooms (bedroom and library room) with balcony to the street. Both streets that surround our house are beautiful with nice little shops with many charm and some small drug stores to buy some food. It is a very charming neighbourhood. Metres close to the Retiro Park and to Puerta de Alcalá. 10 minutes walking to Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, Paseo de la Castellana, and 5 minutes walking to Serrano Street (main commercial avenue in Madrid for elegant and luxury shops). Nearby you have a very big choice of wonderful restaurants, and some really very fashion: Amazonico, Ultramarinos Quintin, El Paraguas, Kabuki, el Wellington. Good spot to get to know in depth this charming city full of history with so many things to enjoy and do. Bus stop to move around Madrid in front of our house and 3 tube stations nearby too.
