About our home

Completely rebuilt estate, with elevator and interior patio. Perfectly located, minutes walking to everywhere in the citycentre: 5' Palacio Real, 2' Plaza Mayor, 5' Sol, 10' Prado or Thyssen museums. 2 underground stations in minutes.
The neighborhood is awesome: La Latina, and the most delightful tapas street in Madrid: Cava Baja, and closed to Mercado de San Miguel; with Rastro on Sundays; or 10 minutes to all Gran Vía theatres and cinemas.
Our home is a tiny but charming loft with two king-size high-rise beds, one new bathroom and full kitchen: oven, microwave, laundry, dishwasher, etc. Furthermore, we have an individual patio/balcony with beach chairs, an incredible place to have dinner in spring or summer.
