About our home

In the hearth of the city, in one of the most popular places in Madrid (Conde Duque - Malasaña), bohemian life, popular for its cafes, restaurants, gallery arts, live music clubs, be in style in Madrid as the soho of the city, very close to other fashion and shopping districts walking (Chueca and Sol - 10 minutes). Subway: Plaza de España, Noviciado and Bilbao. Strategic location for shopping, visit museums (in front of Conde Duque Cultural building, next to Liria Palace, private property of Duchess of Alba) gastronomy tourism (bar terraces in front of house). Apartment located in a very calm street in the hearth of this district, very quiet, 1 bedroom with a queen size bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and a living room. Beautiful views. Air conditioning system and elevator. I would like to swap my main home in AUGUST. My preferences: USA, UK, Italy, Europe...I could recomend you places to visit, restaurants, life style...

In the afternoon I recommend visit Mür Café and taste their delicious home made cakes recipes At night go to a recommended restaurant of the list and if you like live music go to a club (near home you will find Tempo Club and Sirocco), or Junco Jazz Club if you want dance in a good ambient. If you want drink a good cocktail in a cool ambient, go to the cool bars that I recomended you (you can have dinner in some cases)
