“This flat in Las Tablas was beautiful and comfortable. Paloma had drinks and snacks waiting for us at her flat, and we took advantage of eating in Las Tablas one evening as well. It's a lovely little city. Also, with the doorman and walled complex we felt very safe. This was our third trip to Europe so we brought a Garmin for local travel using the car swap option - went to Segovia and Toledo, which were both really beautiful old cities. Locally, we used the metro to get into Madrid, which was about a 25- 30 min ride (2 transfers) into town. We went to the Prado, The Jauquin Sorolla Museum, & The Sophia Reina Museum. We also went to Cafe Botin (the oldest known restaurant in Madrid) the fresh veggie and seafood market, and The Botanical Gardens. We were in Spain for a total of 14 days, staying in this flat for the first 3 days and the last 3 days of our trip. In between we traveled to Seville, Granada, and Barcelona. The whole experience was really fabulous and we would definitely swap again! ”
