About our home

This loft is located in the heart of Madrid. In a very centrical and commercial street, C/ Fuencarral.

The building had been refurbished recently and the flat too. The loft is very spacious (130m2): two big bedrooms, the master with adjacent walk-through wardrobe and with a bathroom with shower. A modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and fridge, of course. There are two living rooms very spacious, with a large flat screen TV and sofa that turns into bed.

Its an interior floor, so its very quiet.

The building is well placed for access to the City. One of the most important Madrid streets is Gran Vía, two minutes from de house. Seven minutes walking you are in the authentic heart of Madrid: Sol. Nearest subway stations are Gran Vía, Chueca and Tribunal, and many bus stations. This zone is the best connected in Madrid.

Additionally we are surrounded by many shops and restaurants and a walking distance of museo del Prado. The street of Fuencarral is one of the most important commercial street: Pepe jeans, Diesel, Khiels, L'Occitane, Hoss, Camper, and the Fuencarral's market, with a very modern shops inside.

Also, just this area of Madrid is part of the famous Chueca district, the birthplace of the gay movement in Spain. Very very important in Spain.

We would be available for a swap anytime.
