Our penthouse has a private and direct access from the lift which makes it pretty cool!!!
This is our home in Madrid center. It is stylish, confortable and very light. Open space in both floors and the possibility to separate both by a sliding door.
Ground floor:
The spectacular entrance leads directly to a splendid view of the main sitting room, dining room and kitchen which can be separated by a sliding door in case you don´t like cooking smells. It has a two face chimney to divide spaces. The furniture has been designed to be as confortable as posible, high quality materials (no IKEA), perfect to spend beautiful times in a beautiful city.
The kitchen is just perfect if you like cooking. It has all you need, I love cocking, so I designed to be practical and spacious. It communicates with the dinning room with a one piece wooden table and art hand made ceiling light, which recreates wonderful meals around it.
Leading to the bedrooms area, there is a guest WC.
A central young sitting area divides three bedrooms, open space concept and bathroom incorporated. Big windows with great panoramic views of the city centre and mountains in the horizon. The bathrooms are perfectly equipped with wardrobe incorporated.
Top floor:
This area is just incredible!!! 200m2 mezzanine open space concept, romantic, cosy and extraordinary to spend the summer time in the 20m2 terrace (the photographs have no furniture due to the winter). As soon as you go up the stairs, it creates a magical atmosphere and good feelings to be in this place. There is a sitting room looking to the sky, fashion glass table to work on, central space with a piano where you can enjoy dancing, exercising (work out equipment is available) just lay about on our chill out bed looking towards Madrid´s skyline.
A 2x2 bed, surrounded by tilted mechanic windows, antique furniture and a fully natural stone opened bath concept is just perfect to stay in. An spectacular and visible wardrobe connects directly to this room. If you feel it´s too open when sleeping time, there are thick curtains to separate spaces and make it cosier.
You get 360º views of Madrid, absolutely fantastic!!
Outside the house, we have a garden and swimming pool 12x3.
It is a very small community with only 3 floors in the whole building and 2 neighbours but you hardly see them, specially in the summer.
