About our home
Our house, located just 15 minuts away from Madrid; within a great urbanization ; is amazing for families with kids, lots of space, light and great outside and indoor spaces for the fun of adults and kids .
There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Aside from the master, the othe two bedrooms one has a double bed . We also family room with TV and lost of toys for the Little ones; our kitchen is well equipped
We would like to exchange with property owners that appreciate fine living and who will care for our home, as we know we will care for yours. We provide our guests with all the information necessary to enjoy in and around Madrid; other places in Spain.
The pool is open in summer time. (june - September)

We are Javier and Johanna, along with our two girls Paulina and Alicia, 7 and 5 years old , Originally from colombian and since two years ago living in Madrid. Javier has a company of his own, I´m full time mom right now.
We love adventure and travel, and are interested in great getaways during our spain. holidays and the spain. summer months. love outdoords activities such us Surfing, skiing, mountains, and beaches are all favorites, but we're open to just about any great adventure around.
