About our home

This apartment is an ideal place for large families or group who are looking to stay and spend time together on holiday. It's close to all the shops, museums, beach, pier, bars, restaurants, churches, monuments, theater all within walking distance. This area is particularly charming in that it's away from the tourist area (think Spain in the 1960s). The charm of the old ladies shopping with their cart, chatting away with the fish monger while other. The fish and produce market that is the center of the neighborhood life.

The home has a three bedroom with 2 large dobles and 2 individuals, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchenn. The apartment building has a old facade on a semi-pedestrian street. It's quiet and residential but only a block away from services above. The commnunity patio is well maintanted and typical of the Andalusian style.

More about us

  1. We are newly empty nesters. Brian is a Business Analyst telecommuting from anywhere, Lourdes is a Spanish/English translator for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology companies. Living in Malaga for 18 years. From time to time, our older kids travel with us but we will be clear when they do.

  2. We love tennis, musicals/theater/opera, museums, enjoying good food and wine. We have done many exchanges and love them all. We are always looking for new places to explore. Currently, our daughter is currently at NYU so we're looking to exchange during school holidays so we can spend time with her if she cannot come home. Our son will start his college years at Holy Cross in Worcester so anywhere near these two cities will be a great long-term exchange (one month or longer) for us. It also gives us an opportunity to get to explore New England more.

  3. We love traveling, doing things to together to create memories, near or far. We like to take our time to enjoy and not rush and stay on the road less travel to stay longer to really soak them the local feel, food and people.
