About our home

Sunny and spacious apartment (160 sq. meters) with three light bedrooms (all with Smart TV), two complete bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and laundry room, living-room and a big terrace with nice views over the Mediterranean sea. Five minutes walking from the beach and its splendid seafront-promenade with restaurants and recreational areas for children and elderly people. It’s placed in an exclusive complex building with two swimming-pools and recreational area inside. There is a public garden next to the building and also a big public park (El Morlaco) just within two minutes walking distance.
Located in a very exclusive and quiet residential area called Parque Clavero. The nearest beach and the sea promenade is within 5 minutes walking distance. It is the best place to enjoy the typical beach restaurants called “chiringuitos”, or doing any type of sport activities such as running, cycling, skating,... The center of Malaga and historical district (with Picasso birthplace and museum) is 15 minutes away by bus. Our home is well connected to the main highway and Malaga International Airport (15 minutes ride). You will also have the possibility of exploring the whole Costa del Sol (Marbella, Torremolinos, Nerja…) and some of the most beautiful historical cities of Spain: Granada (1 hour driving), Seville (2 hours driving) and Cordoba (1 hour driving). If you are willing to go to Madrid, there is a high-speed train (AVE) that will take you in just two and a half hours.
Car swapping also possible.

More about us

  1. We are a family of three. Adolfo (44) lived and studied in the US -former graduate from Montclair State University (NJ, USA). I actually work as a Sports Manager in Malaga and teaches at a branch of the University of Wales in Malaga, as well . My wife Esperanza is an Urban Planning lawyer working for the local public administration.

  2. We love practicing sports and we are both a very outgoing and responsible family.

  3. We also enjoy travelling with our kid Adolfo Jr. (13). We strongly believe that giving Adolfo Jr. the opportunity of exploring new places and sharing the experience is a very important part of the education we want to offer him.
