About our home
In Monte Paraiso, in the most prestigious area of the Golden Mile in Marbella, 3 minutes drive to the beach and Puento Romano hotel, 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and miles of beautiful sandy beaches, and 10 minutes drive to Old Town Marbella. You can enjoy day trips to historic Andalusian cities : Granada, 1 1/2 hours; Seville 2 1/2 hours; Cordoba 2 hours; Malaga 45 minutes ; Ronda 1 hour, and numerous beach towns and picturesque mountain top villages 30 to 60 minutes drive. Marbella is famous for being close to over 20 golf courses, many of them no more than 20 minutes drive......
The villa is a holiday home, on one level, just over 300 sq. meters. It is uncluttered and has the feel of a luxury hotel. It has a very spacious entre, living/dining area with skylight and domed ceilings; 3 ensuite bedrooms ( a very large master BR suite with double bed, dressing room, full bathroom and a sliding door to the terrace; two bedrooms each having 2 twin beds, full bathroom and ample closets ). The mattresses are all new and of very high quality. The master bedroom is on one side of the living room and the other two rooms are on the other side. It has large fully equipped kitchen and terraces on 3 sides of villa. Marble floors throughout ( Parket floor in master BR ). Complex has 3 outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a fully equipped gym. The gym is right below the villa and one of the pools is behind the villa. In July and August, there is a small restaurant/ café. There is high speed fiber optic internet and large flat screen TV in the living room with hundreds of channels. The villa has A/C, hot and cold, as well as separate heaters throughout and in the bathrooms. Community office can provide cleaners for a fee, but must be given notice to schedule.
Plenty of outdoor parking right next to the villa and 2 dedicated garage parking spaces.

Celiosio in Puente Romano hotel, Organic cafe opposite Marbella Club hotel, Pan & Marmalada cafe, Cappoccino cafe on the Prominade at Hotel Don Peppe. Many more cafes at Puerto Banus Marina and old town Marbella.
Luxury brands at Puerto Banus Marina; Old Town in the vicinity of Orange Square, and La Canada mall, as well as the huge El Corte Ingles store at Puerte Banus.
Bit of culture
Marbella historical sites can be explored via guided walks or bicycle tours. There're are a number of small museums and art galleries. The main church and castle next to Orange square are worth visiting. Wandering the very narrow winding streets of old town reminds us of how it was centuries past. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars can be enjoyed in Old Town, around Orange Square, year round.
Walks in the park
Numerous hikes all around Marbella. Not to be missed is a one hour drive to El Churro at the lakes area where there are numerous beautiful walks and picnic sites. A must do is the well known Camino Del Ray walk that has a suspended bridge between two very high vertical ridges ( reservation necessary).While there, have lunch at the El Mirador restaurant- try to get a table with lake view. Restaurant can be accessed via road side long stairs or by drivind up the dirt road to the restaurant entrance. It is very very busy on weekends and holidays, so make reservation and come early.
Spot of exercise
Water sports, biking, sports fishing, golf are all in abundance.
Cordoba, Grenada, Seville, Cadiz, Tarifa, Ronda, as well as numerous beach towns and picturesque mountain villages.Gibraltar is an hour drive, but one must bring passport with valid British visa
