About our home

Our very comfortable apartment has a beautiful large sunny terrace with dining table and very comfortable L shaped sofa seating, nice views of the area which has lovely villas and gardens around us. This is a quieter part of Marbella called Los Lomas De Marbella Club. It’s very safe, pretty area and boasts many large Villas including Foreign Royal Family Palace. We are 5 minutes drive to - Marbella town, Puerto Banus, two tennis clubs, supermarkets restaurants.
There is a nice community pool area which is never too busy, as most of the apartments are owner occupied. We have 3 double bedrooms, and a camp bed for extra kid if needed. Master is en-suite and accesses main terrace. We have a useful side terrace for utility and storage of beach equipmert, you welcome to use our kids surf board snorkels etc.
We have WiFi and all sky tv chanenels including movies and Netflix. Our apartment has never been rented it’s our second home so equipped with Nespresso machine, hair dryers curling tongues etc. we leave many books so you can take one and leave one, board games etc.
There are so many things to do locally. Excellent restaurants, nice beaches, all the usual sports tennis, golf, waterspoets, dolphin park, crocodile park, wildlife park, Tivoli World (theme park with rides), several water parks etc.
If you like a drive you can visit the stunning white villages of Andalucía and even head to Girbraltar or Terefa for the best kite surfing in Spain. Malaga City is stunning and full of museums. Cadiz and Seville are a 2 hour drive but worth it. We can recommend a car hire company and lots more.
We don’t have a car space in the garage but there is always ample street parking right outside the apartment entrance as we are not in a town but a nice leafy suburb. No parking meters etc. we do recommend guests rent a car.
