Important: my preferred swap destinations Manhattan (NYC).
My residence is a stunning, spacious, modern apartment with plenty of glass, light and views to the sea and mountains. Modern style with a mix of contemporary, modern and classic decoration, and a state of the art kitchen. Ample +60 sqm terrace with an open area and a glass covered lounge. +US$100,000 in furnitures and appliances. Main bed is a craftsman Hästens of +US$14,000, hand made from horse hair among other fine materials.
There are 2 swimming pools (one heated), great gardens, and a paddle court in the communal area.
Very quiet neighborhood with surrounding luxury villas only and many golf courses. Less than 5 minutes drive to the harbor with lots of signature shopping, restaurants, leisure areas and a very smart nightlife. Less than 10 minutes drive to Marbella downtown. Walking to the sea/harbor and other services is around 20 minutes. And there are lots of sport possibilities like climbing, hiking the National Parks close-by, and/or surfing/SUPing/kitesurfing/windsurfing/kayaking among others.
Situated along the Costa del Sol, Marbella is Spain's finest coastal destination. This chic resort is a favoured get-away among the rich and famous and it’s not hard to see why. There’s an endless supply of world-class restaurants, luxury hotels, spectacular golf courses, fashionable shops, a lovely marina and a vast number of lively life to keep you well entertained.
Marbella may be the most famous place in Europe but there are numerous other areas nearby that are well worth a visit! There is a wealth of things on offer in the surrounding region with each destination offering its own individual qualities. You can visit the ‘white village’ Mijas and wander the cobbled streets, dine in the mountains at Benahavis or go down to Gibraltar to see the rock and the monkeys that reside there. There are also great spots for surfing like Tarifa at just 1 hour drive.
With the N340 coastal motorway traveling right across the coast it is extremely easy for those that are unfamiliar with the area to navigate their way around the coast, and enjoy not only its outdoor natural beauty but urban Malaga with all it has to offer! The closest international airport is just half an hour away, Malaga. And it offers direct flights to NYC.
