About our home

Our apartment is situated in “Monte Paraiso” a beautiful and very peaceful, fully gated, estate right above the world famous Golden Mile, just a few minutes drive from the center of Marbella and Puerto Banús as well as more than 20 golf courses.
The entrance hall leads through double doors to the south orientated living room with white marble flooring and onto the kitchen, to the left, with fully fitted kitchen and an adjoining small bedroom with 2 bunk beds and it´s own toilet. There is hallway to the bedrooms that includes a bathroom, which is shared by two one-windowed bedrooms, both with west orientation. The master suite is highlighted by a bathroom ensuite with a whirlpool, two basins, w.c. and bidet. A store-room and two-car garage spaces located in the basement, complete this property.

This estate is one of the best maintained and managed in all of Marbella, with immaculate, lush tropical gardens, four outdoor swimming pools, a fabulous gymnasium with exercise machines, squash court, massage room, sauna, steam room, and a beautiful brand new indoor pool with massaging seats. There is also a summer restaurant for residents and guests only, a children’s playground, 24-hour security service including 12 video cameras, central Wifi to all properties, central Astra and Sky TV and an on-site administration office that help the owners with all their requirements.

More about us

  1. We are Luis and Miriam, I've worked in the Financial Sector for the last 20 years while my husband is the CEO of a Media Agency in Spain. We live in Madrid and have two kids, Maria & Luis, twins 11 years old

  2. When the kids were borned we decided to buy a second house for all of us to enjoy. We've been going to the house every single summer since then as well as any bank holidays we´ve had, Marbella is a place that you can enjoy all year round, and we decorated the house to be as comfortable as our house in the city so we will be comfortable there at any time. The kids (and us) have already some good friends they've made during all these years from many different countries; UK, Italy, Netherlands. When we go in summer we usually spend the morning at the beach, but then come back to the house in the afternoons and we relax by the pool. Off season we use the indoor pool as well as the gym and we love to stroll by the sea and visit the villages around.

  3. We love traveling, discovering new areas and ways of living...My husband and I used to travel all around the world, then stopped for a while raising up the kids and now that they are old enough to travle with us we´d like to do a trip a year with them, we began 3 years ago in Europe and this will be our 2nd time in the States with them, last year East Coast this one California. It´s our first ime home swapping as this year we have more time and I think that way we´ll experience the american way of life much better. We love to have everything organized and will take car of your house as if it were ours.

After the discovery of the Americas Seville became one of the economic centres of the Spanish Empire as its port monopolised the trans-oceanic trade.
