Nuestra casa se encuentra en una tranquila urbanizacion en el centro de Mungia. Disponemos de amplio jardin privado con disitintas mesas, canasta de basket y cama elástica para los mas pequeños y piscina comunitaria. La casa tiene tres habitaciones,amplia cocina y dos plazas de garaje.
Mungia es un pueblo que dispone de todas las facilidades(restaurantes,comercio...) y se encuentra a 5 minutos del aeropuerto de Bilbao y 15 minutos del centro de Bilbao, tanto en bus como en coche.La parada de bus está a tan solo 1 minuto de nuestra casa,la frecuencia de buses es cada 15 minutos.
La casa se encuentra en un pueblo muy bien situado y comunicado llamado Mungia,cerca de la playas de Bakio ( 15'),Sopelana (15'),Mundaka (25') y La biosfera del Urdaibai (25') y a su vez muy próximo a la capital,Bilbao (15').
Para viajes de un día, puede visitar facilmente San Sebastian ( 1 hora de viaje), Francia; San Juan de Luz,Biarritz (1 h 30') y La Rioja ( 1 h.) para visitar y degustar su famoso vino.
Our house is located in a calm neighborhood in the center of Mungia. We have lots of yard space with tables for meals, a basketball hoop and a trampoline for kids. There is also a community pool available in the summer. The house has three bedrooms, full kitchen space, and two spaces in the parking garage.
Mungia is a town with lots to offer (restaurants, shops...). It is located 5 minutes from the Bilbao airport and 15 minutes from the center of Bilbao in bus or in car. The bus stop is 1 minute from the house with buses leaving every 15 minutes.
The town is situated close to beach towns such as Bakio (15'), Sopelana (15'), Mundaka (25'), and Urdaibai Biosphere (25').
For day trips, you can easily visit San Sebastian (1h), Francia; San Juan de Luz, Biarritz (1h30'), and La Rioja (1h) to enjoy some Rioja wines.
“Iñigo & Itziar’s house is very comfortable & in a great location for exploring the Basque country. The house has everything you need, comfortable beds, lots of outdoor space & even a communal pool. We were able to get into Bilbao center from the bus stop just around the corner. Communication was great with our hosts, sincere thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recommended!”

“We spent an amazing week in Bilbao! Itziar and Iñigo are great hosts and the apartment is really great: spotless, tidy and very well located (only 15 minutes from the city center of Bilbao). We had an excellent communication with the owners and they have been very helpful with us in every moment. Mungia es a nice village where you can find everything you need (many bars, supermarkets, pharmacies...). The garden of the apartment is very beautiful and well preserved, where we enjoyed nice dinners with the children. Bilbao and the surroundings are great and all the area has many places to discover (beautiful villages, landscapes and beaches). We absolutely recommend this swap! Thanks you for everything!”
“We - me and my wife plus our kids (21, 16) - had a very pleasant two weeks stay in Itziar and Inigos place. A clean cozy neatly furnished ground floor apartement with garden and a swimming pool and everything else you need during your stay. Mungia is a lively little town with all the shops you need. The next beach is 15km away and very clean. Our kids loved the waves and were surfing most of the time. The unique city of Bilbao is also very close, with the inexpensive bus it took us just 15 minutes to go there. If we come to Bilbao again we will be pleased to call again. ”
“We had the best time in Mungia! The flat was brilliant; spacious, clean and cool. The private garden is beautiful, and has two great tables to eat at or just enjoy the garden, day or night. We enjoyed mornings by the pool (never too busy when we were there) and afternoons enjoying the beautiful surrounds - highlights include Bilbao (highly recommend the walking tour and the Guggenheim), Bakio and Lekeitio beaches, and day trips to San Sebastián and St-Jean-de-Luz in France. Mungia itself also has some cool bars and restaurants, and we had a fabulous meal at a place called Fonda which is a short drive away. There’s secure underground parking with a lift to the apartment, which is on the ground floor. Itziar and Inigo were fantastic hosts, really quick to respond and so helpful. Thank you! ”

“Hemos estado muy contentos con este intercambio! Iñigo, Itziar y las niñas son un encanto. La casa estaba impecable y es muy acojedora. Nuestra hija de 3 años estaba muy feliz teniendo tantos juguetes de las hijas de Itziar e Iñigo a su disposición. El saltador que está en el precioso jardín de la casa era un punto de diversión cada mañana para toda nuestra familia!) La casa está muy bien situada para visitar Bilbao, San Sebastián, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Gernika, la reserva de la biosfera de Urdaibai con las vistas panorámicas preciosas de la costa, bonitos pueblos pesqueros. Todas las recomendaciones de Iñigo e Itziar eran muy apropiadas y de muy buena calidad! La comunicación con la familia ha sido muy facil en todo momento. Hemos tenido la ocasión de conocer a Iñigo, Itziar y a las niñas en persona y hemos pasado muy buenos momentos juntos y guardamos muy buen recuerdo. Muchas gracias por esta bonita experiencia!”

Somos un matrimonio de Bilbao (vivimos en Mungia) con dos hijas de 11 y 9 años.
Somos los dos funcionarios.Iñigo trabaja en un ayuntamiento y yo, Itziar, soy matrona.
Nos encanta estar en familia.En nuestra casa disfrutamos mucho en nuestro jardín....

A solo 1 minuto de parada de autobus(La capital está a 15 minutos en autobus).Frecuencia de autobuses cada 15 minutos.
La costa se encuentra a tan solo 10 minutos en coche o en autobus.Urdaibai es un destino turistico importante en el Pais Vasco y se encuentra a tan solo 20 minutos en coche. A 5´ de aeropuerto.
