About our home

This is our WE house on the Costa Brava. Built in an Ibizzan style, it is located in a closed residential area with similar houses, in a green environment with swimming pool,next to a golf course, 5mn away from the entrance of a natural park, and 10 min walking to the beach. The house itself counts 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 small private gardens, terraces, is quite small but offers enough space (and beds) for a family of 5 or 6, and all the commodities you expect for your summer holidays.

More about us

We are Diana and Gilles, with 2 children of 17 and 15 years old. We are both professionals (Diana in the fashion industry and myself in marketing and sales with a food manufacturer). We have already done 3 home exchanges, for now only with France, and all parts were pleased and remained in touch like friends do. We have now added to our second residence of Pals, our main flat in Barcelona.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is located in Plaja de Pals, on the Mediterranean coast between the French border and Barcelona (125 Km away.
It is perfect location for cultural and outdoor activities: the most beautiful medieval villages (Pals, Peratallada, etc..), Iberian as well Greek and Roman ruins are with 15 mn to 40 mn drive, and so is the Dali triangle. Swimming (pool or sea), windsurf, sailing, golf playing, tennis, horse riding can be done nearby. The natural park, free of cars(5mn walk from the house) is fantastic for running or bicycling. Barcelona is about 1,5 hours away by car, so day trips to visit it are possible.
