Experienced Exchangers, 8 successful exchanges.
We are on the edge of a National Park in the Andalusia province of Cadiz. Sotogrande is nearest village to the east. La Linea, a typical Spanish non-tourist town to the west provides all the necessary services. The long sandy beach has been awarded a Blue Flag.
Wake up and open the shutters in time for a spectacular sunrise. What are you going to do today? Sunbathe on the terrace, lounge by the pool, golf, lunch at the beach bar, sleep on the sun lounges, swim in the sea, dinner on the terrace and later fall asleep listening to the waves breaking on the beach.
For the golfers you can play at Alcaidesa, San Roque, Valderama and numerous other golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
For the energetic there are walks along the beach or in the mountains, cycling, paddle tennis courts, fishing and boat rental.
The pool is surrounded by lawns and palm trees and enjoys a spectacular view of Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains of northern Africa beyond.
We live in England and this is our holiday home. We use it for about five weeks each year. It is not rented and therefore is kept in good condition for our own use. We would be interested in exchanges anywhere in the world but particularly a ski resort for our winter holiday. Normally we would be just the two of us but maybe our two adult daughters would come with us as well.
This is a modern 3bed/3bath house. The house is at the bottom of a steep hillside and painted a lovely sky blue, it stands out as a prime development on the edge of the golf course.
The terraces on both floors have spectacular views. The upstairs terrace is best for some private sunbathing. The downstairs terrace has room for 6 to sit to eat in comfort with additional seating for relaxing. The garden is well planted with palm trees and scented plants and has a lawn for sunbathing.
The shared swimming pool is situated at the back and is no more than 30m away.
