About our home

Our home is a renovated flat in the exact center of Seville. Close to all tourist attractions, but not right in the middle of them. Instead, you're in a cool neighborhood with lots of local flavor and plenty of quality restaurants and nightlife. Supermarkets and local shops within 30m.

Important! We have TWO cats, very friendly and loving, and need to be cared for as well.

Features

More about us

  1. We travel a lot, and are expats in Spain, American + Mexican.

  2. We play/dance flamenco, and work in computer programming.

  3. We try to make our home as cozy as possible, as we love to cook and spend a lot of time there with our two cats, who are very friendly and cuddly!

Cool bars
We provide a list of the best! Within 5 minutes, beers and wines: El Gallo Rojo, El rinconcillo (oldest bar in Seville, dating back to 1640!), Guevara y Lynch (beers + matches for expats)
Retail therapy
2 minute walk to a hip area with little handmade shops, 10 minute walk to main shopping area with lots of the Spanish brands like Zara, Blanco, etc
Bit of culture
10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral, Santa Cruz old jewish quarter, and many options for flamenco shows, we can guide you as we are flamenco artists!
Walks in the park
Maria Luisa park is a lovely green spot with trees, fountains and even grass (not common here) in the middle of the city. You can bike!
Spot of exercise
Morning run along the Guadalquivir river, 10 minutes walk away, or we can tell you where to rent a kayak! Biking everywhere too - we have a couple.
Day tripping
Beaches (Matalacañas, lots of locals, 1 hr), (Tarifa/Zahara/Vejer de la frontera, more beautiful, but can be windy, 2.5 hr), and nature up in the hills of Cádiz, where you can also see how traditional serrano ham is made
