About our home

This is a very cosy apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room set in a quiet residential patio building, located in a central and vibrant area of Seville. It also has its own private patio area which is shared with just one other neighbour.
The building was built around 1900 as a traditional 'patio de vecinos' which was restored in 2002 and keeps to many of its original features. Its very quiet and relaxing and has a communal roof terrace with amazing views of the plaza and city-scape. There is access to this part of the building at any time. The apartment has air-con and heating, a microwave, shower and small bathtub, and tv. The living room also has a sofa bed and dining table.
The location is ideal for walking to most of the sites of Seville (within a 3 minute and 15 minute walk) and the transport facilities are very good in this area of town if you want to travel locally or across the country.

My place is close to the Metropol Parasol, with great views, restaurants, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. The location is ideal for walking to most of the sites of Seville (within a 3 minute and 15 minute walk) and the transport facilities are very good in this area of town if you want to travel locally or across the country. The apartment is set in a residential part of the historic centre in a Plaza which hosts tapas bars, a stone baked pizzeria, Spanish ham and wine shop, chemist, florist, stationary shop and of course it´s 14th century church. Minutes away walking are the main shopping areas, towards the Cathedral is the more commercial area and to the east of are the more modern, trendy quarters. Also just a 2 minute walk away, is the House of Alba, Las Dueñas, which has recently opened to the public and boasts 15th century architecture of the Duke and Duchess of Alba. One of the oldest, most famous bars in town, El Rinconcillo, est 1640, is at the end of our road.
