About our home

Our apartment is in in the very center, two minutes from the cathedral and the town hall. The whole house was a palace built in the XVII century. Nowadays the palace is divided in several apartments but the building remains with its history. You will find the ancient gates, the original stairs and two wonderful patios (courtyards). One of them, just in our windows. You can also use this patio to have a perfect breakfast our enjoy the quietness.
It is a 40m2 duplex apartment located in the heart of Seville in a palace house dating from the seventeenth century. A true architectural jewel with Sevillian patios. It is a ground floor with access to a nice and quiet patio ideal for reading, sunbathing or having a quiet talk. In addition, the building has rooftops with splendid views of the Giralda.
Accommodation:
It is a newly renovated duplex, fully furnished and with everything you need for your stay, also has Wi-Fi and TV. It consists of a room on the top floor with double bed (150cms) and a living room with sofa bed, so that the maximum capacity of the apartment is for 4 guests. Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The center of Seville is well known for monuments such as Giralda, Reales Alcázares or Torre del Oro which are important Arab ruins. Both the Cathedral and the Church of the Salvador are built on mosques and their courtyards of ablutions can be visited.
Very close to the house is the Jewish Quarter of Santa Cruz, characteristic for its beautiful and narrow streets, full of patios and charming houses. In it, do not miss visiting the square of Doña Elvira, the Santa Cruz and the Venerables. A little further on are the Alcázares, do not miss it, the palace and its gardens are my favorite monument.
In spring, the city is impregnated with the smell of orange blossom. I think it is the city that has the most orange trees in its streets in the world.
The center has a wide gastronomic offer to go for beers and tapas, for lunch or dinner. Do not miss the magic of the small shops so characteristic of the area. Near the apartment you have everything you need in leisure, gastronomy, shops and other offers. You can find a supermarket next to the back door.
The apartment is next to the Plaza del Salvador, where in addition to being the beautiful Church that gives it its name, there are shops and bars where Sevillanos meet.
