About our home

The flat is a duplex appartment in a new very calm building (from 2010). It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a new doble sofa-bed (160 cm width), a living room with balcony to a very quiet street close to the typical lively Feria street borough, Macarena church, Alameda square and food Market for finding fresh products. On the second floor, there is a beautiful private terrace for breakfast, resting on the hammock or just having a sunbath. The wi-fi, air conditioning and a car parking site are available.

Apartment situated close to Macarena basilica and Feria Street in the center of the old town, very close to the traditional food market. The area is plenty of shops, you can find antiques and second hand books and design clothes, and arts galleries. You can also visit the flea market on thursday morning in this street, known as "El Jueves", operative since XI century. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of bars, caves and tapas, ethnic food, modern restaurants and near to the clubs of "La Alameda de Hércules" square. 10 minutes walking you will get to the Guadalquivir river, and to the comercial heart of the city and in twenty minutes to the cathedral Giralda and Torre del Oro.

I am a scientific researcher working in the university and my wife is teacher in a Secondary School. We are a young couple very interested in traveling and discovering other cultures. We can speak English and French.
