In the lounge area there is a Sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed.
The front of the villa is south facing and has been block paved, ideal for eating meals alfresco style.
All windows have grills and are independently alarmed. The whole of the villa is cover by a comprehensive alarm system.
It has a private driveway for off road parking The shed contains 2 new mountain bikes which are available to use.
The villa is situated in the residential area of Aguas Nuevas on the outskirts of northern Torrevieja. The villa has full use of a communal pool and is positioned close enough for a walk or bus ride into town. Nearby facilities include 2 commercial centres, Aqua park, sports centre and the large, newly opened Habineras shopping centre. Torrevieja is a fast developing coastal town and is approximately 30 mins from Alicante and Murcia airports. There are numerous “ blue flag “ beaches, La Mata, La Zenia,, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few. It is a short drive to 5 excellent golf courses. On Fridays there is a massive local market which is 20/25 mins walk away. There you can buy a large variety of local products.
We are a party of 2 in our early 50's. I am a school teacher my partner is a sales rep. We have taken part in successful exchanges to Australia, Canada and Spain. As our property is a holiday home the exchange does not have to be simultanious,although we are restricted to the english school holidays.
