About our home

The apartment is quite functional, having a private garden where we usually have all our meals during the warm summer.
Inside there is an space enclosing the living room, in which you find a sofá-bed for 2 people, the dinning room and the kitchen. You can also use a quite big wardrobe where you can order all your clothes and belongings.
The bedroom has a bunk bed and a coach-bed for one person. The bathroom includes a tub with shower.
There is a t.v. set and music equipment, a garden table with chairs. For the beach you can find all kind of toys for kids, chairs, umbrella...

The closest airports are Alicante and Murcia.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Torrevista´s condo is in the Torrevieja domains although pretty close to La Mata. In fact La Mata`s long sandy beach is the closest to the apartment, around 1km away.
You can enjoy 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, kids área and gardens, all perfectly safe for children as they cannot get out of the condo.

The surroundings are quite calm, having an aromatic park just off the property and the Salinas natural park entrance a few hundred meters away.
There is an international supermarket at walking distance. If you wish to go to Torrevieja or La Mata, the bus stops in front of the condo.
By car you can reach Torrevieja´s hussle in ten minutes as well as the big commercial centres. Quirón Hospital is 2 min. away. Golf courses also nearby.

If you wish to explore there are quite a few hidden dune beaches, even nudist ones. Alicante, to the north is 30 km away, Benidorm about 50km. To the south you can find more typical Spanish villages and Elche is about 20km to the interior, with its Palmtree Woods. And golf courses nearby.
