Description of the house and the area
Our house, an antique country house which was completely reformed in 1997,
comprises one double , one twin and 2 single bedrooms, a study, a living- and dining
room, a kitchen, three fully equipped bathrooms and a laundry room.
It has all commodities (TV, video,DVD, fridge and freezer, dish-washer, washing
machine,tumble dryer fire place, etc) and is bordered on two sides by an
ample terrace. In front of the house there is a spacious garden with lawn,
car-park and a precinct with the swimming pool. In this area
there is an outdoors bar with fridge and barbequue. In the garden you can
also find orange, lemon, palm trees and a fenced fish pond .
The house lies between orange groves on one side, a neighbouring
villa in the South and the Jávea sports grounds in the North and East. It is
situated outside the town, yet within walking distance to the town
center(some 15 min. to the market)
Thebeautiful town of Jávea nestles between two capes on the Mediterranean sea and
has all the facilities of a touristic summer resort, being its main
attractives a cristal clear sea, its beaches and the beautiful mountainous
countryside that surrounds it. In spite of attracting many tourists and
people from all nationalities who have chosen Jávea as their second home,
the town and its neighbouring villages have successfully maintained their
mediterranean character and medieval town centres.
Benidorm is at a distance of 40 km, Alicante and Valencia of 90 km, all of them easily accesible by
the A7 motorway.
