About our home
Our home was just completed in a minimalistic style to suite the tropics. It is situated in a truly tropical environment and very close to all the amenities. Easy access to the train , bus and only 40 minutes to Colombo and the tourist hub in Negombo. Large balcony to relax.Parking for two cars and separate quarters for a caretaker.

Situated in the suburb of Kandana the house is half an hours ride by car to the capitol city Colombo where you can enjoy the city scapes and Negombo- where the beaches and the night life make it a tourist destination.
The house is situated in a residential area thus enables one to have a glimps of the simple life of the average Sri Lankan. Close to shopping malls and retail stores, many international food chains, easy access to the main high ways and the train make living in Kandana very convenient to explore the Island.
