(No swaps July and August 2020, rental only)
The house is situated in the south east of Sweden in the popular destination area Österlen. This beautiful open space house of 75m2 you find in the middle of a nature reserve surrounded by stunning Swedish nature. Only about 10 minutes from the village Brösarp with shops and restaurants, and about 20 min from stunning beaches, this is the perfect holiday destination. The house has 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people. Baby bed is available on request. The bedroom downstairs has a double bed (160cm) and the two upstairs bedrooms have each two 90cm single beds (which can be put together). One of the upstairs bedrooms is like a open space bedroom in connection to the stairs.
The open space area downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area and a living area with Tv ( Canal Digital) and a cosy wood burner. The house is heated by underfloor heating. The bathroom has a spacious and modern shower.
The outside area has a large garden where children can run and play! There is a large outside terrace with table and six chairs, parasol as well as a grill. We have a mosquito repellent machine, so no mosquitos in the area :)
Österlen is a popular holiday destination, and is also known as Sweden's Provence. It is only an hours drive from cities such as Malmö or University city Lund. The buzzing city of Copenhagen is about an hour and a half away. Österlen is known for its lively and broad art community. It is said that there is a special light here which attracts many artist to the area. There are many galleries and art shops for you to visit, especially over Easter when all the galleries open their doors to show their collections. Österlen has stunning nature: white sandy beaches, fields, many beautiful walking trails, great and famous restaurants( like Talldungen and Daniel Berlin) and charming fishing villages by the sea. It is no wonder that The New York Times selected the Provence of Skåne as their nr 9 top destination to visit in 2016!
There is plenty to do on Österlen all from hiking, fishing, relaxing on white sandy beaches, cyckling, tennis, golf, horseback-riding, or visiting art galleries and cultural seeings. If you are longing for some peace and quiet but only about 10 minutes away from shops and restaurants our house in the woods is the perfect holiday home for you! We live in a house next to the holiday home but we have renovated it with privacy in mind.
We would love to welcome you and give you the opportunity to experience an authentic Swedish holiday!
