About our home

We live in an old wooden house, where the village cinema used to be in before. Most of the house is renovated. One of our bathrooms is brand new, the other one has a sauna. The house is about 280 sqm so we have plenty of space. The garden is quite big as well. We have small children so we have many toys and swings and such. The garden has a pond, a few fruit trees and berry bushes, lots of flowers, some stone paths and a small "lusthus" where we have garden parties in the summer. We have three balconies also. On the one upstairs we have a table and chairs so you can eat outside. We have two fire places. We also have central heating so the house is warm and cosy in the winter.

We have two double beds, 2 single beds, a double bedsofa, 2 mattresses, and two air mattresses, and a cot.

We have a large kitchen and dining room, a library, washing machine room in the cellar, and most things you need. Our place is good for kids. We have two sons born in 2010 and 2012.

We cant allow pets and there is strictly no smoking here.

Our home is located in the centre of Rävlanda. We have a grocery store around the corner. There you will also find the nearest Pizzeria, the train and bus station, and the local doctor clinic. About 5 minutes walk away you will find the school, library and church.

Just below the house are fields and forests where you can take beautiful country walks. There is about 20 minutes walk to the nearest lake where you can swim in the summer and ice skate in the winter. There are lots of slopes where you can toboggan in the winter. We will happily lend you our toboggans, bikes and barbeque.

Rävlanda is about 25 minutes to Göteborg and 20 minutes to Borås and 12 minutes from Landvetter airport by car. If you like downhill skiing you can go to Ulricehamn which is about 40 minutes drive from here. The surrounding area is good for hiking, kayaking and horseriding and other outdoor actitivities.
