About our home

I love my apartment and I hope you will too! This one bedroom apartment was built in the late 1800th century and offers all the beautiful historic features such as wooden floors, high ceilings and large beautiful windows from this era. The apartment is located on a quiet street and overviews one of Stockholms most beautiful parks and Sofia Church built in 1906. The apartment is 750 sq. feet and has one large kitchen fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. One bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a large bed. There is also a pull-out couch in the livingroom for two people, perhaps children.
On the same floor as the apartment you will find a newly renovated washingroom fully equipted with dryers and washingmachines.

Where is it?

The apartment is located in the middle of SOFO which is the heart of Stockholm, with a rare mixture of history and dynamic development. It’s a city environment that changes from small alleys with cobbled streets to green oases and to modern architecture.
SOFO is characterized by its rich cultural life, its many bars and restaurants, but also the inhabitant’s strong commitment to local matters of society. SOFO has become one of the most attractive places to live in Stockholm. The area is one of the most childfriendly areas in Stockholm with many parks, playgrounds and activites for children. Within walkingdistans to the water and trains. The buses leaves right outside the house.
