About our home

The house was built in 1864 as a stable. It was converted into a house with the highest possible qualities when the whole area "S: t Eriksomradet" was converted into one of the nicest city areas in Stockholm with a tasteful mixture of old and new houses and huge green areas bordered by the waterfront.

The area – and the apartment - have caught a lot of international attention. Prince Charles visited in 2012 to see an example on how an old house is transformed into modern living.

Total living area 185 square meters (2000 square feet), 4 plus 1 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi internet connection everywhere in the house. Childfriendly with gates at all stairs.
