About our home

Your new vacation home awaits. Nestled in the Swiss Alps in Nendaz, our chalet has captivating views across the Rhone Valley from almost all rooms - see mountains in Italy, Switzerland and France from your window! Our 5 bedroom chalet was build in 2007 and has under-floor heating, wooden interiors, and a sunning double ceiling height living room with 180 degree views and wood burning fire place. Haute-Nendaz is in the French speaking part of Switzerland and is 20 minutes from the city of Sion with easy connections to Geneva, Zurich and Milan by Swiss Rail. Nendaz forms part of the 4 Valleys Ski Resort (4 Vallees) which connects Verbier to Siviez, Nendaz all the way to Thyon - over 400 kilometers of skiing.

Where is it?

Buzzy restaurants
Favorites: Trattoria dei Savi, Creperie, Hameau les Cleves (a beautiful winterwonderland walk through the snow from our chalet)
Cool bars
The 4 Vallees Hotel Bar and Piano Bar are great, but for ski festive cheer, try Tchin Tchins.
Cozy cafés
We love the Creperie (
Retail therapy
Try Premier Alpine for technical ski or summer gear. Or go for a day trip shopping to Sion town.
Bit of culture
It Switzerland, so try the Alphorn, eat Fondue, Swiss Chocolate and Raclette. Go to the Cave au Lait to eat cheeses from cows who pasture behind the chalet (just ask the salespeople!)
Walks in the park
Forget the park - just go walking in the mountains. The private staircase behind the road will lead you directly onto the wood walks.
Spot of exercise
Try snow shoeing along the many marked routes in winter - or do as the Swiss do and go hiking Heidi style! The local tourist office will give you maps or email me for advice!
Day tripping
Check out the local Spa (4 Vallees Spa) or go further afield to Saillon for winter hot springs!
