Neighbourhood

In Horw you can enjoy a peaceful and idyllic location on the edge of Lake Lucerne, just 8 minutes drive from the city of Lucerne. There is so much to do in the lake Lucerne region that the days fly by all too quickly. Perfect for both nature as well as culture lovers. Discover the spectacular natural beauty of the Swiss Alps and the most beautiful sceneries on mountain hikes nearby. In Luzern you can climb aboard the world’s steepest cog railway, travel to the origins of the Swiss Confederation on a nostalgic, old-time paddle steamer, or enjoy internationally acclaimed contemporary art and then stroll across the world’s oldest wooden bridge.
