About our home

This 1984 built house we call our home since 2009 - and we haven't regretted moving in ever since! A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with wooden floor, and an open dining room on the ground floor, three cosy bedrooms, one bathroom and a study upstairs make it a warm and comfortable home.

Our two kids love to play outside in the yard - football and badminton is possible, no restrictions whatsoever. Or why not sitting around an open fire in the arena?

Neighbourhood

Solothurn is said to be the most beautiful baroque town in Switzerland. Our house is situated next to a small creek that can be heard in the yard on a hot summer's evening while nipping on a glass of red. It's enchanting.

Our village, Langendorf, is at the foot of Weissenstein, its peak at almost 1400 meters above the sea. The panorama of the majestic Swiss alps you get there is just breathtaking. The new cable car leading to the top will be opened in December 2014.

Solothurn is only a 60min drive from Zurich, 45min drive from Basel and Bern and within 30min you're at the lake of Bienne.
