About our home

For simultaneous exchanges within Europe only, and preferably accessible by public transport!

Simply furnished but cosy and comfortable 85m2 4th floor apartment suitable and equipped for 2 people only.
Very central, with excellent public transport facilities, so car is not advised and difficult to park.
One bedroom with 2 large single beds. Study with a small spare bed, computer, Internet and WiFi. 8-meter long balcony overlooking Geneva lake and French Alps.
Hundreds of DVDs, English and French books, and a multilingual TV + small electronic piano for fun.
All usual amenities in the kitchen (microwave, dishwasher etc), but no laundry facilities and no dryer.
I love my home because it has absolutely everything that I need and look for in life. Both old but renovated, dead in city centre but with a provincial feel, very Swiss yet with a French/Parisian touch, plenty of local art and history, very sunny, no fuss to keep clean, all food shopping facilities next door, lots of bistrots and restaurants, and great means of public transport right at my doorstep to get around just about anywhere, either locally or far abroad.

Where is it?

Right in city centre, in sought-after 1900s area and close to station and excellent public transport (car not advised, difficult to park), with plenty of lively local cafés, restaurants and shops.
Within easy reach of lake and mountains for walks, Geneva (airport, with direct 40 minutes train link right to my doorstep), or Basel, Zurich, Paris, Milan etc. in less than 4 hours by train. Great cultural offer and douceur de vivre! More info on
